T-shirt Design Brief

I would like a new t-shirt design for my paint and body shop. I'm wanting a 80's retro Miami vibe with neon colors. I'm including my last few designs just for a reference of what i've used in the past. I need a large back logo (I plan to use the same chest logo I've always used with the new colors incorporated.). I plan for the shirts to be black. I like it to say Rutherfordton, NC somewhere on the logo. I generally put cars on my shirts; I don't want to limit anyone's creativity but I have/like C10's, Rat-rod/chop-topped Model A's, Chevelles, etc... The next to last picture I attached just show what's kind of in my mind as far as colors and generally design vibe.
