Graphic Design Brief

Graphic design for custom built Hot Rod/ Rat Rod.
My truck is a 1948 custom built truck, I named it "RAT-TLE TRAP" (photo attached). I would like a design to place on the driver and passenger doors, with a character similar to the RAT Fink design from the 1960's (photo attached). I would like the character holding a babies rattle incorporated in the design and the name "RAT-TLE TRAP".
