3D Design Brief

I am looking for a designer to make a high quality 3D graphic for the exterior of a commercial office building to be located in Corona, California. Design is to include building and high quality landscape and surroundings. Building doors and window Mullins are to be dark bronze. The building color is up to the designer but needs to have a blue accent. Could be a blue stripe around the building with blue umbrellas at coffee tables on the entry patio. The enclosed logo should appear on the building. Enclosed are building images that I like. Winning designer should offer more than one option. Main view should be from the parking lot looking at the entry.
