Logo Design Brief

Hello. I am looking to have this design made into a printable file so I can use it for my company, I will need the file to be high resolution so that I can print a 3x6 banner, a Tablecloth and some shirts. I would like it on a transparent background and you can remove the speckles in the background to clean it up. Also the gecko on the left is blurred on the design can it be replaced with another gecko some photos provided
