Logo Design Brief

We would like a new logo for our nonprofit: Wandell School Education Foundation.
The Foundation is singularly committed to enhancing educational opportunities in order to promote academic excellence at Wandell Elementary School.

The logo should be scholastic in theme.
We would like the colors used to be Navy, Gold and white.
We would like the world’s “Wandell School Education Foundation” on the logo, as well as the year we were established: 1990.

Please incorporate the visual themes of literacy (book/books), perhaps a young student, scholastic excellence.

We would like the aesthetic of the design to be sophisticated, refined and elegant.

I have included some images for inspiration, but please don’t feel limited by them. The one featuring the crest is our favorite of the four.
