Flyer Design Brief

We would like to update our Technical Assistance flyer. We are a wholesale distributor of specialized plumbing repair parts. We sell repair parts for backflow preventers, which are water safety valves used to protect the public drinking water system. Our core clientele is plumbing, fire sprinkler, and mechanical contractors. We are looking for a flyer to promote the technical assistance we offer to our customers. We want to be known as the leading source for backflow repair information and technical assistance. We offer free technical assistance over the phone with our toll-free 800 number, as well as our website, which has repair videos as well as step-by-step repair procedures to help the contractor complete their job quicker and more efficiently. This type of technical information and assistance is what makes us stand out from our competitors, and we want to highlight that and let prospective new customers know what makes us different and better than their current supplier. Our website has a lot of information about us, as well as examples of the repair videos and step-by-step repair procedures we would like to highlight on the flyer. Our website is www.backflowparts.com. I have included our current flyer and a high-resolution copy of our logo. We’d like to include some of the brand logos that we can help with, and we would like it to be more modern and less wordy than our previous flyer.
