Anchorage International Air Cargo Association

Logo Design Brief
We are forming a new trade association to represent the interests of air cargo carriers, forwarders and service providers operating in Anchorage, Alaska. We want the logo to have an exciting feel that represents an industry transporting the highest value goods between the largest economies in the world. The industry is centered around air cargo freighters that are primarily 747s and 777s. These freighters are different than the passenger versions in that they do not have windows and they are specifically designed to carry cargo. The industry association will have air cargo carriers (the companies that own and operate the airplanes), but also forwarders (who book capacity on the freighters) and the service providers (the companies that fuel, service, cater, deice and provide infrastructure for the air cargo carriers). As noted below, we want the logo to have a distinct image and be completely different than logos used for Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport ("ANC") and the Alaska International Airport System ("AIAS").
