What we need:
A modern, institutional‑grade logo for The Housing Exchange (HX) — a new platform designed to modernise how Affordable Housing is financed and delivered in Australia.
HX is market infrastructure, not a charity or government program. It connects institutional investors, property developers, and Community Housing Providers through a single, friction‑free marketplace. The logo must reflect connection, exchange, trust, and system modernisation.
Core idea:
HX removes friction from the housing system by bringing multiple stakeholders together. The logo should visually express connection, flow, alignment, and exchange — without being literal or busy.
Tone:

• Institutional
• Confident
• System‑level
• Not sentimental, not “community housing” aesthetic
Avoid:
• Literal house icons
• Government‑style crests
• Soft or charity‑like imagery
