Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Chicago called Madison Clark Properties. We specialize in apartment rentals, sales, investments and property management. We would like to see designs that use the colors: trust-inducing blues, sophisticated blacks, or strong greens with neutral tones to reflect professionalism and high-end market appeal. Navy, charcoal, and gold are also acceptable. The design should communicate luxury, trust and growth.
