T-shirt Design Brief

I would like a t shirt design with:
This is for my business - A1 performance exhaust and want a logo based on the following

1 3/4 rear shot of my own car( blue vw bug)
2 Theme based on exxons from 1970's 'put a tiger in your tank'
3 driver of the car you can see just the rear of his head- its a tiger driving- ears poking up
4 from the exhaust pipe in the rear of car his tiger tail
5 Name of business is as shown-= I want to use this logo
6 Car can be a caricature as shown (probably best as this is a tiger driving a bug)
7 Tag line: 'put some tiger in your pipes'
