Logo Design Brief
HoLaCe is an intelligence platform built exclusively for plaintiff personal injury law firms. We are not case management software — we are the intelligence layer that makes plaintiff attorneys the smartest professionals in any room they walk into.
Our platform combines CRM, case management, AI-powered document generation, and negotiation intelligence into a single integrated system. Every feature is designed to surface insights, identify hidden patterns, predict opposing counsel behavior, and give plaintiff firms a decisive informational edge — for every case, every negotiation, every decision.
Our audience is sophisticated plaintiff personal injury attorneys and the partners who lead their firms. They are intelligent, ambitious, and competitive. They are tired of generic legal software built for "all lawyers." They want a tool that signals — visually and viscerally — that they have access to capabilities the defense doesn't.
We want a logo that captures this:
Built exclusively for plaintiff firms (must read as legal, must read as plaintiff-focused)
Premium and modern (think Bloomberg Terminal, not traditional law firm)
Intelligence and insight as the dominant visual concept (data, light, signal, clarity, edge — not physics, not science, not atoms)
Confident and elite (this is the tool the top 1% of plaintiff firms use to win)
The mark should fuse legal symbolism (a modernized column, a refined scale, a sophisticated legal mark) with intelligence symbolism (data visualization, light, signal, lens, eye, network, clarity). The result should feel unmistakably legal, unmistakably premium, and unmistakably more sophisticated than any competitor in our space.
Target Market(s)
Plaintiff personal injury attorneys and law firm owners in the United States — sophisticated, ambitious professionals who lead firms generating $2M-$100M+ in annual revenue.

Requirements
Must have
- Wordmark must read HoLaCe exactly — capital H, capital L, capital C, lowercase o, lowercase a, lowercase e. This casing is non-negotiable and cannot be modified. The full tagline "Built for Plaintiffs. Powered by Intelligence." must be integrated with the wordmark. Red (#C8102E) must appear meaningfully as the plaintiff signal — not decoratively. The mark must unmistakably read as LEGAL (modernized). The mark must unmistakably read as PREMIUM (enterprise SaaS, not contest-template). The mark must unmistakably read as INTELLIGENCE/DATA-DRIVEN (insight, signal, clarity). Must scale cleanly from favicon (32px) to billboard size. Deep navy #0F1C2E Royal blue #1E40AF Red #C8102E (plaintiff signal, required) Gold #C9A020 (accent) Chrome/silver as support
Nice to have
- A clever or ownable detail — negative space, dual meaning, a smart conceptual layer — that gives the mark long-term distinctiveness. Not gimmicky, but considered.
Should not have
- No gavels. No scales (unless radically modernized). No quills. No traditional law-firm imagery. No HOLACE or holace — typography casing is fixed at HoLaCe. No multicolored letters in the wordmark. No atoms, orbitals, planets, or science/chemistry references. No physics or momentum metaphors. No Greek temple columns rendered traditionally (modernized columns acceptable). No generic SaaS swooshes. No clip-art or contest-template aesthetics.
