Hi Kamal,
In regards to transitioning Documentary Recordings to Battlecry will consist of numerous legal decisions. Of great significance is whether to use Battlecry as a "Doing Business As" under Documentary Recordings or whether to actually create a new business called Battlecry and to transfer all copyright registrations to this new company.
The "Coming Soon" page is crucial in that it provides me the opportunity to legally address, and sue, companies that have created products which are exact replicas of our cadence recordings.
Attached is a link to a company who has pirated our recordings.
Thus I was wondering if you think we should quietly release the catalog under Documentary Recordings based on DR having copyrights for every product. Once we have addressed all the piracy and copyright infringement against DR, then we can have the high profile re-launch of the catalog under Battlecry.
