Clyvara LLC is a cybersecurity advisory and GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) consulting firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. We serve small and mid-sized businesses (10–150 employees) across healthcare, professional services, financial services, and logistics. The firm is positioned as doctoral-level, credible, and authoritative — comparable in brand tone to Mandiant, Coalfire, or NCC Group, not a generic IT company or tech startup. The name derives from Latin roots clypeus (shield) and vara (worth). The logo must feel like a premium consulting firm: clean, modern, timeless, and trustworthy. Please avoid padlocks, circuit boards, shields that look clip-art, hacker/matrix imagery, or anything that reads as generic cybersecurity stock iconography. Preferred color direction: charcoal/dark navy with muted gold or copper accent. The mark should scale cleanly from a business card to a website header.
