PowerPoint Design Brief

I need to build a PowerPoint template that I can use for a brand my company is building out. I don't need a presentation, but I need an actual template I can use to build future presentations.

I already have an AI-generated visual of what I need, but I need help turning this into a template. The final product needs to look just like what I submitted as an attachment or as close to it as possible.

Again, this is for a powerpoint template to be used in future presentations. This is not a presentation itself.
