Graphic Design Brief

What we need
Hubfleet is an Australian software platform that helps trucking companies meet their legal safety obligations. We need one vector illustration showing our platform as one connected system, for a 3m trade show wall and an A4 brochure.
Someone walking past should get it in two seconds, before reading any headline.
The structure — please follow this exactly
Four inputs: Fatigue / EWD, Maintenance, Mass, People & Reporting
One hub: Safety Management System — the dominant element
One outcome: a single panel headed PSOE, containing the words Present, Suitable, Operating, Effective
Inside the hub, a workflow of six named states looping back to the start: Report → Assess Risk → Apply Controls → Assign Actions → Verify → Evidence. Lay it over two rows, three across and three returning. The names must be readable at brochure size.
Nothing beyond those elements. Extra boxes turn to mush at 3 metres and vanish at 90mm.
Style
Stylised abstraction of software — simplified cards, rows, connections, ticks — not a screenshot and not a real interface. Flat or near flat. Dark navy background with a faint grid, white cards, cyan connections, small green ticks for our colours.
Automatic no
Glowing globes, particle networks, circuit boards, AI motifs, isometric or 3D, trucks, stock illustration or stock icons, raster elements, invented numbers or fake data, third party logos, any regulator mark, colours outside our palette.

Vector only
Use the supplied icons and colours from the asset folder — link in the attached brief
Show your entry at full size and at 90mm wide, side by side. We are checking it survives the small size, and this is where most entries fail.
Read the attached PDF before starting. It has the two finished wall designs your graphic sits beside, our reference sketches, the exact colour values and the full requirements. Entries that ignore the structure above cannot be used, however good they look.
