Graphic Design Brief

We are a real estate group (David Kim Group) located in Silicon Valley (northern California) and need a 24x24 inch sign design for our open houses. We need a luxury feel to the sign design, specifically the font, that is still easy to read. It needs the following elements: "David Kim Group", "Open House" with an arrow, our team logo, our brokerage logo, color hex code #f06f0e, phone number, email, and DRE number. We need one for the team and one for each individual agent. The one for individual agent should have Agent Name included too. Text should be white on top of the orange base. Samples are included in the uploaded files. Most important aspects should be: eye catching, luxury, and legible. It should not be over-the-top because we need to maintain our brand image.
