Visty & Wentz — Luxury Real Estate Logo Design Brief
We are looking to create a sophisticated, timeless logo for Visty & Wentz, a boutique real estate brand with Berkshire Hathaway.
Our goal is to develop an identity that feels established, prestigious, elegant, and memorable. Think understated luxury rather than flashy or trendy. We want a logo that could just as easily represent a luxury fashion house, architectural firm, or private estate brand as a real estate business.
We love elegant architectural lettering, custom typography, refined crests, and thoughtfully designed emblems. Yet we don't want a boring just monogrammed letters.
Our initials (MV and MW, or MVMW) and the names Visty & Wentz could offer interesting opportunities for an original mark, but only if done creatively and not like every other realtor logo.
We are open to an abstract symbol that represents heritage, connection, partnership, or a sense of place.
What We Don't Want:
Traditional real estate imagery such as rooftops, houses, keys, doors, or generic buildings.
Basic initials inside a circle or square without any creative design.
Overly ornate, busy, or complicated crests.
Trendy fonts or designs that will look dated in a few years.
Anything that feels like a standard real estate team logo.
Overall Aesthetic:
We want the sophistication of a luxury fashion house, the heritage of a private estate, and the clean architectural lines of a high-end design firm.
Think Ralph Lauren, timeless European estates, boutique luxury hotels, and premium editorial branding. or Tiffany, Chloe, or Hermes.
We prefer rich, understated colors such as deep forest green, charcoal, warm ivory, champagne, or classic black and white.
Most Importantly:
We want a logo that is recognizable and distinctive enough to stand on its own, even without our names underneath it.
It needs to look beautiful on luxury property brochures, real estate signs, stationery, social media, and high-end marketing materials.
We are looking for something creative and original—not a template or a conventional real estate logo. We would love to see several different concepts that explore custom lettering, architectural influences, and elegant symbolic marks.
