Logo Design Brief

We are Sirens Quartet, a champion female barbershop quartet registered with SingUnited International. We recently won the international gold medal and were crowned the Queens of Harmony!
To celebrate this milestone, we want to update our visual branding. We want to keep our current logo entirely intact, but seamlessly integrate a stylized graphic likeness of our newly won crown into the design.
We are attaching two reference files:
1. [Attach File 1] A photograph of the physical crown we won, which we want used as the visual guide. I can provide additional if needed.

2. [Attach File 2] Our current high-resolution logo.

Design Requirements & Guidelines:

• Maintain Logo Integrity: The text, fonts, and core graphic elements of our existing logo must remain exactly as they are. This is a modification project, not a completely new concept.
• Stylize the Crown: The crown should not look like a generic clipart crown. It must be a clean, recognizable graphic translation/likeness of the specific physical crown in the attached photo.
• Seamless Placement: The crown should look like it naturally belongs as part of the logo. Creative placement ideas could include:
• Angled elegantly over the first letter of "Sirens" or perched on a specific graphic element.
• Integrated subtly into the background or framing the text.
• We welcome your expert design suggestions on the best, cleanest placement.
• Versatility: The updated logo must remain clean, scalable, and easy to read. It will be used for digital streaming covers, social media, large stage banners, and printed/embroidered merchandise.

Deliverables Needed:

The winning designer must provide high-resolution, vector source files including:
• Vector formats: AI, EPS, and PDF
• Raster formats: High-res transparent PNG and JPG
• A monochrome version (pure black and pure white) for apparel printing/embroidery.
