Logo Design Brief

We have a property investment company that requires a logo. The company is called "at REACH" and we were interesting in getting some ideas for a logo incorporating a hand, perhaps reaching, or holding a house or something similar to that concept. Colours and font are negotiable and any other ideas are welcomed.
We do like aspects of grey but not necessary.
