As per the instructions you don't want us to use the current logo, In case you have a new logo designed can you please upload the same.
We will have to decide the structure of the website in accordance to the logo size, shape and colors used.

Can you also confirm the homepage elements on the homepage, I am sending you the homepage elements as per my understanding, you can please make amendments & changes and send it back to me.

Thanks for your post. We are happy to continue using the current ER logo, but we don't want it to necessarily influence the design too much. We don't mind if it get's used.
