Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new real estate development company, Wytex BTS.

Wytex BTS, based out of Austin, TX, is a full-service real estate investment and development company that owns and develops commercial real estate throughout the United States. Wytex BTS specializes in build-to-suit and lease backs for its commercial clients. The advantage to our clients is a completely customized facility at a minimized risk with low upfront costs and a manageable monthly expense.

We are looking for a sharp logo design that communicates: professionalism, stability, quality, structure, industrial, and commitment. We would like to see designs that use a steel-tone palette, but we do not want to come off as bland or stale. Logo will be primarily used on contracts and letterheads, so a wordmark logo might be best suited.
