Logo Design Brief

A logo design for a UK Rose growing business. I would like it made from my initials which are RM and my name is Rosebie so possibly a Rose/Bee theme? We would like something smart but simple, not fussy or twee. It will go on our website, stationery and packaging. My preferred colour is Teal (Blue/Green)
