Appreciate all the response on this.  @peter richards @MA, just looking for the tap list on the back.  I provided the template for the content, not the design.  @kylersmb, as far as print estimates go I got turned on to designcrowd through vistaprint.  I will most likely take this design template back to vistaprint.  what do you suggest?  look forward to seeing your designs!
