Having read your requirement, What I understand is that you need a logo with the combination of red, green and blue colour.
Do you need the Shop tray icon instead of "shop" word. I can design a new logo for you.

I think the logo meeds all the build me a shop words but perhaps with the inclusion of the shop tray/basket as well?
