Logo Design Brief

We need a BRIGHT, BOLD logo that will be used to sell t-shirts,hats, mugs, bumper stickers, dog accessories etc. via surf shops, festivals and online thru website and Facebook. Portion of the proceeds benefit local charities. We love the attached example of The Art Room logo but we need it customized with dogs at the top. We like the colors of the sea..blues, turquoise, green and the same greyish- brown lettering the attached logo is in. This logo needs to be appealing to both women and men.
I have attached pictures of 2 t-shirt designs that I want the logo and colors to be modeled after.

Hi Designers,

Thanks so much for submitting designs for my Beach Dogs logo. I hope to see it selling in surf shops around the country soon! Is there a way to get a logo that is very close to the example logo I posted.. The Art Room.
 I love the font and color of logo... it's bright simple, pops and appealing to both men and women. 
I do not want anything that is cartoonish.

Designers..Does anyone have a logo design or something they could create of a dog shaking water from its head like it does when it gets out of the water. This idea just came to me as I was watching all of the dogs do this.
