Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our Villa we are building in Sri Lanka.
The Boutique Villa consists of 5 Bedrooms and will be let either as a whole Villa or individually. The Style of the Villa will be Modern Contemporary with Sri Lankan influences. Our target market is Couples, Families or small groups with a mid-high pricepoint. The villa will be staffed at all times with housekeepers and Chef.

The villa will be built in South Sri Lanka in Thalpe. It is on the Beachside of the road and we have a private path that leads to a secluded beach. All rooms will have a view of the ocean. We intend on naming the rooms after 5 spices of Sri Lanka and the Villa itself is called Villa5.

We would like final design to communicate a moden style, simplicity and inviting sophistication, with a twist of Sri Lanka! We are also influenced and admire the Buddhists beliefs, culture and colours of Buddhism in the Sri Lanka Culture.

This Logo will be used through the entire project - from the front gate to the towels, online and business cards etc.

Target Market(s)

Mid-High Income, or looking to splash out a little on this holiday. The expat market in Asia and the Middle east is huge and this will be one of the main focused markets for our villa.
