Logo Design Brief

Please find the attached sketches and logo of other company (4 files), in those sketches I clarify our concept, please do something in light of it
Some received proposal are good and maybe could be mixed with the presented sketches
The attached logo of citiscape is a preference for the font type, blue and green color degree

- New update of requirements -
Please supersede the old requirements as applicable:
1. Ignore the old logo and design completely new logo as if we are defining new entity for the first time
2. "Al Jurf" word only to be part of the logo (English version only. We may try to add Arabic version in later stages if we like the English version and we may not)
3. Logo to reflect our core business activities which are Landscaping and Road works
4. Landscaping color is "green", so you may try a mix of green with another color so to give nice logo
5. The Logo to reflect - as much as possible - the following values: Professionalism, Innovation, Fast Growing, Quality, Uniqueness, Customer trust, Excellence, Teamwork, Social Responsibility, Commitment.
6. You may try to use the old logo "Glob symbol" (complete Glob) in your proposed logo as extra option

- Old requirements -
Our company decided to modify the logo to be more matching with our business and exciting to our customers, the current color is poor, mainly we are not happy with the color of the logo and the company name is not big enough to be noticed in our marketing materials

The company name is "Al Jurf Development Projects LLC" and also Arabic version also should be shown as well which is "الجرف لمشاريع التنمية ذ م م"

The short name of the company, or the common name is "Al Jurf", in Arabic that is "الجرف"

I attached below our current logo, and the profile of the company as well

Please note the following point which can be considered part of the requirements:
1. The current logo is established from 12 years, so some point of views from management team is just to make little twisting on it (in color, in size of the short name of the company to make it more noticeable)
2. The challenge is to produce a logo which convince many individuals in the management team to accept and approve. in the end the final decision is with the Chairman (the owner of the company). I am the business development manager of the company, so my opinion will play major role for sure.
3. We may face a resistance to make major changes in the whole concept of the existing logo. but on the other hand, they may like other ideas to change the existing concept
4. Our company services are as follow:
4.1 Core business is (from 12 years): Landscpaing design and contracting (Construction and Operation & Maintenance)
5. We also do irrigation and storm water contracting,
6. And recently we added road works contracting as new division which our company want to make it the biggest division and the main source of revenue in the next 5 years

Target Market(s)

Customers are those who need project construction contracting services of landscaping and infrastructure including road works, irrigation, storm water, electrical, landscaping, buildings and more, mainly customers are:

1) Mainly Government departments like municipalities, department of transport, Tourism department, ministries of public works, and other ministries and governmental departments

2) Private sector: developers, main contractors for big projects, etc

Requirements

Must have

• Follow the mentioned requirements mainly:
  - Reflect Al Jurf landscpaing and roads nature of work in the logo as much as you can keep it simple, memorable, professional and indicate growing company
  - Al Jurf name should be typed in simple bold clear font type

Nice to have

• Normally we print the logo on the labor uniforms back side, and on the fences of our projects. So it is necessary that public can notice the logo and the name of the company mainly from resealable far distance, approximately 20 meter (normally people pass in cars near by our site fence or workers). So Public need to easy recognize Al Jurf name in the logo
