Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo featuring an illustrated newt (see attached photo for positioning, and details about the newt look/feel).
- Possibly the newt in the center of a circle
- Include options with "kaiseri newt ranch" and "kaiseri.com" included somewhere in the logo
- black, white, and possibly orange in the logo.
-ability to reproduce the logo on t-shirt, stickers, etc.
- Overall modern, simple, fun logo with realistic-like design. Nothing cartoony.
- a newt is an amphibian like a salamander - FYI..
