Could you please clarify the characteristics you've chosen with the sliders. I read it as you wanting a masculine and economical logo??

I would / AM just going with what her Directions were. It was most likely a mistake according to what they wrote. Proj. Owner stated "Upscale" and it's obviously "Feminine". Just trying to help. And they also stated, "No Cartoonish Designs", that clearly means the OPPOSITE of "Economical". This is how I'M taking it, anyway .... Hope this helps until PO can answer your question.
