Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that represents my new company. Our company uses boats and yachts as lodging alternatives to hotels. Our slogan is "Ditch the box and stay on the docks". What we are trying to say is, why stay in a hotel when you could stay on a yacht. Our customers don't get to drive the boat they simply stay the night and use the yacht as a lodging. I'm looking for a clean and simple logo that represents our company.
