Logo Design Brief
We are starting a residential property management company that are responsible for leasing of single family homes, collecting rent, arbitration tenant disputes and non payment, and handle all maintenance and upkeep of the properties and are responsible for re renting. We are attempting to capture the mid to high end of the market in Denver, CO.
We are looking for an original company logo that is simple, clean, elite yet approachable, modern, trusting, comfortable, and easily recognizable,
We have been looking at lots of options and the one attached has a general feel that we really like, but no where close to as refined as we would like it to be.
Updates
We have seen a lot of really good designs and will be making a decision soon. Had one last idea for anyone that is interested. I think that combining a home like this into a logo like this may be a good fit for out business. Making a simple framework façade of a nice house (mountain modern) in one color that has the feel of an insurance company but the flare of a real estate company. Would like it better in a circle vs the oval here. Thank you all for your designs and imagination that is inspiring.
