Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for www.topdank.com. This logo will be used on the header in the website (flexible with colors). Added bonus (not required) would be if it translated well to an icon for an app, business cards, t-shirts and other merchandise. Top Dank is a San Diego based legal way for patients to find medical marijuana dispensaries, read strain reviews, view dispensary menus, get marijuana news and more. This logo needs to look very professional, inviting, friendly, thought provoking and communicate professionalism for our brand. Would also be interested in seeing an animated logo where it shows Top.Dank with the period being a seed that grows roots and transforms into a marijuana plant. All ideas are welcome!
