I have read your project requirements, you are not only looking for the inner pages to be design but also to be developed.
The template is great and all but features will need to be added, an example is the calendar or the events listing and sorting.

With that in mind, your project is way under budget. You need a designer and a developer.
But i guess you already know that otherwise you would have bought the template and that was it.

We are looking for sub pages as well. In the supplemental requirements document I posted, it listed the necessary functionality of each of the required areas. I'd like to first get compositions that accurately portray what each page will just look like. Once that has been done, I will look to see if we have enough in our budget to hire a developer. I am a developer also, but in case we do not have enough in our budget after the designs, I may have to tackle the inner workings myself. But I'd like all the imagery to be created to make my job easier.
