Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Dubai called 'Easy Edamame'. Easy Edamame is a kiosk that will sell edamame (soy bean) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edamame) similar to kiosks that sell popcorn/corn.

Edamame is a very healthy snack alternative that we will be serving with different toppings.

We don't have a specific color palette in mind but we would like to see designs that are inspired by the following words:
