Web Design Brief
We need a professional and slim design for a hight quality property renting website which is not overcrowded with too much information and has a clear and easily structure to read. The visitor should get an instant impression what he can do at a glance.
The goal of this contest is to get a design for building a prototype of the website and to attract our client and owner of the site by a good looking prototype and not just a wireframe. Therefore we don't need an HTML-coded design at this early project-stage. We only expect getting a simple bitmap or vector-graphic design.
Actually we don't have a logo. Use a placeholder or feel free to design a simple one by yourself.
Last but not least if you have a good idea just include it in to your design.

Requirements
Must have
- We need two sites, a start site and a property-details site. Each site has to include the following points:
1.) start site
- search mask (location, date to choose, quanity of guests)
- show some properties (highlights, special offers etc.)
- show login/register link
2.) property site
- Location in Google Map
- Photos, Description, Amenities, Calendar (available, not available), Contact, Reviews
These are some sites which I like from a design prospective
- http://www.airbnb.com
These are some sites which I dislike:
1.) http://www.french-property.com/guides/france/rent/
2.) http://www.privateproperty.co.za/property-rentals.htm
We don't need an HTML-coded design at this early project-stage. We only expect getting a simple bitmap or vector-graphic design. Maybe with the PSD-file (or wathever program you use) that we can pick-out some elements for building the prototype.
