Logo Design Brief

We need a a logo for a new company based in new zealand who does IT support for international companies in the form of a help desk. The company is called the support desk and focuses on our clients identity, not so much ours, and we are after a clean, simple, modern logo. We want it to be clear, but not an overwhelming brand icon. We would like the logo to incorporate the company name 'The Support Desk' and help communicate the value in a IT help desk.
