Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company making the transition from an independent consulting firm to a software reseller company. We sell and implement SAP Business One ERP software which is geared toward small and medium sized businesses. Our current logo can be found at our current website www.StellarOneConsulting.com. Major competitors are www.vision-33.com and www.n1bs.com. We are open to any colors and want a clean looking logo with or without the company name (or S1C).
