I need something with the Months on it so they can be punched out. Also the wording V.I.P Card Five-Minute Hydrating Facial,

I am not sure we can get this all on one side of a business card. My card now is one sided and measures 3 1/2 by 2 1/2. I am open for suggestions. I would be open to new wording also.
