Logo Design Brief

I am based in Sydney Australia and I have 2 different businesses under my company and I now need to have designed a consistent logo. I need to differentiate between the 2 businesses plus the company itself. All 3 use the name Duart so was hoping for something where Duart is identical across 3 the 3 different logos with maybe the colour of Duart different for each of the 2 businesses and the company.

First is a mortgage loan broker business called Duart Financial Solutions.
Second is a Human Resources Consulting business called Duart HR Solutions
Third is the company itself called Duart Financial and Consulting Solutions Pty Ltd

I dont necessarily need anything else but the name for the Company, however for the 2 businesses any other ideas are welcome as long as Duart is identical in its look.

So I would like to have Duart look the same in all three except the colour being the differentiating factor.

I was thinking of using the colours from my Scottish heritage as that is where the name Duart comes from. If you Google MacLean of Duart you will get the tartan colours and a sense of the history/background.

I need the business name (eg Duart Financial Solutions) in full in the design. Same for each of the three names/logos.
