Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our privately owned property development and investment company which is based in WA, Australia. The current focus is on commercial property development but may not be limited to this in the future.

The name of the company is "Swansea Capital".

Our logo will primarily be seen by clients, partners, real estate agents and financial institutions.

We want a logo which is sharp, confident and communicates professionalism and trust.

We are open on colors and have also been considering incorporating the text "Property Development & Investment" into the logo design but this is not critical.

The logo will be used across a variety of marketing documents - business cards, letter head, brochures, signs, web sites etc

(Note If this process is successful we will have future graphic design work requirements (brochures, letterhead etc)).
