Can you please tell me if you want the logo to just contain your name or initials and the name Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry or just your name. It was a bit unclear in the brief. Thanks.

I apologize for the confusion. I would prefer a logo first and you can include the words Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry second.
