Stationery Design Brief
We are a training company who deliver training both online and face to face.
We train in:
~ Industry Training: Earth Moving Machinery, Cranes, Work at Heights, Confined Spaces, Elevating Work Platforms, Forklift etc.
~ Food Hygiene / Safety
~ Responsible Service of Alcohol / Gambling
Our company is interested in sourcing stationery designs for:
* Pens
These will be used in classroom training courses but also given away in advertising 'packs'
* Presentation folders
These can be either bi or tri fold cardboard folders. Promotional materials / leaflets will be placed inside these folders and given away in advertising 'packs'
* Letterhead
We need to update our old / outdated letterhead
* Exercise Book Covers
These exercise books will be used by students in our face to face training courses.
* With Compliments Slip
In 100+ envelopes we send each day we currently add a business card. We are now going to add a with with compliments slip with an offer / promotion instead.
* Pull Up Banner
Front of stall display at expos / trade shows.
* Flyers
We would like a template design for a DL sized flyer. We offer training in over 30 courses, so if we had a standard template that could be adapted to each training course we would achieve consistency in advertising.
Flyers would need the same / similar front (with space for a picture) and course information could be placed on the back.
Because of our extensive (and ever expanding) scope of training, certain products (folders, exercise books) will allow us to list some / all our training courses.
Other advertising mediums will obviously only allow us to display our logo and slogan (pens etc).

I would like to see the letterhead also involve a footer - of some sort.
Logo colours are original since company inception so must remain.
Slogan - we do have one, however our advertising has never had it as a major focus.
Nice to have
- Most written correspondence we send via email (statements of attainment, invoices etc) has a Narbil Training watermark across it.
If possible and it looks appropriate in your opinion, the larger advertising (folders, exercise books) could MAYBE have that as well.
