Hi! We need a new website.

Our current website: http://www.eco-service.ru/ and we don-t like it. =)
The structure of our company has changed and now we don't need "cleaning" and "engeneering" on this site.

We are facility management company in Russia. So we provide integrated service solutions specific to industrial services: maintenance, repair, etc. of engineering systems.

Need a design pages: main page, page 404. The rest of the page could be created by general pattern.

Logo, navigation bar and contacts should be visible on all pages of a site.
Flash animation elements and buttons, etc. - not needed.

* We need to develop 3 websites, so we are looking for a long term cooperation.

Must Have:
Clear, intuitive structure of web pages.
In the center - of pictures reflecting our main services (industrial theme). May be in rotation.
BUT! This banner (central picture) should not be a huge one =)
All relevant information should be visible at once without scrolling.

A possibility to place media files (presentations, video ...) and 2 banner links on the main page.

Font should be available in Cyrillic.
