Logo Design Brief

Character Developments is a Real Estate Development company whose focus is creating stylish, livable quality developments primarily for first time buyers and families. We create subdivisions in which we market lots to builders and we buildout our multi-family projects.

The name "Character Developments" was chosen for its play on words in order to represent the thought that goes into creating each of our projects and the quality of the people we employ.

Ideally our logo will include the name character developments and incorporate some sort of architectural component. Either a roofline and/or foundation. Our current projects are predominantly single family and multi-family residential.
