Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my Pilates Business for future business cards, brochures, ect. My company name is Poised Pilates and I need something elegant. I would like to use the colors Black and white with possible touches of red. I would also love a silhouette of some sort of Pilates move. I've attached some images that I was able to find as ideas for possible silhouettes. Over all, I would like to communicate Pilates as an exercise that represents balance, harmony and precision.
