Graphic Design Brief

We need a "seal/badge" for a law firm celebrating its 25 year anniversary. The seal will be used as a small badge on the web site and they would like to have it printed on some envelopes or other paper items for the remainder of the year. We would like a commemorative seal which includes the "HSA&G" logo (just the HSA&G part), "1989 - 2014" and something denoting "25 years". We've seen a lot of circular seals with the starburst/seal and ribbon treatment and like those but are open to something more creative but it needs to match our current color palette and design at hamsil.com. The Illustrator file for the logo is attached. We want printer-ready vector file(s) in 300 dpi as the deliverable.
