Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new t-shirt company that sales general aviation t-shirts, in particular t-shirts that promote soaring. I would like the logo to contain a glider performing a snap roll with smoke trails coming from it's wingtips. A snap roll is an aerobatic maneuver and I can supply links to videos which illustrate it.
