Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new division of our company (msmpc.com). The new division is named Mayer Group. We specialize in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software consulting, specifically Exact Macola Software. We would like the logo to have the ER in the end of "Mayer" and the "P" in "group" stand out to represent ERP consulting. At this point, we are leaning toward the colors of Navy Blue/Red (see msmpc.com)
