I need a logo for a new company called "Licensing Sherpa"

We're a consulting company that helps brands with their merchandising, licensing and ecommerce strategy.

The use of the word Sherpa is to convey its meaning "an expert chosen by a chief executive to assist in preparations for a summit."

In the design, I'm thinking "The North Face" / "Patagonia" but open to all ideas
