Icon Design Brief

We need an icon for our app which can be used to prepare and create property inspection reports. Such a report is needed when someone is moving in or out of an apartment or a house, containing notes on deficiencies, on built-in furniture and other notes. Furthermore the gas and electricity meter readings are recorded and how many keys have been handed over.
The report is signed by the landlord and the tenant.

The icon for this iPhone app should reflect its purpose. It could for example show a key in the foreground and a building or part of a building in the background.
